On a foggy Toronto morning, this turquoise head-turner stood out against the washed out cityscape. Parked, oddly enough, in the No Frill’s supermarket parking lot was this Japanese GT car with cherry blossoms adorning the sides.

Some kind of ‘Jazz’ Solo Cup aesthetic? No. The 99¢ decal confirmed this was an Arizona Iced Tea wrap. Wonder if this Toyobaru gets sponsorship from the grocery store’s supplier for this.

    1. Markham? Thought you were from Brazil, Rubinho!

Yes sir, we’re from the east side of Toronto, raced at Goodwood in Stouffville for years, now on to F1200 at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park this season.

  1. I am from Brazil, but my wife and I moved to Winnipeg in 2015, and then to Markham in 2019. I still don’t know the race tracks here around Toronto, but I have plans to go to the Varac vintage grand prize in June.
