Demaras Auto Racing Team member Chris Demaras was star-struck at meeting racing royalty at the track this weekend, as Emerson Fittipaldi made an appearance at Goodwood Kartways. Emmo Fittipaldi, the young son of the two-time Formula 1 World Champion and two-time Indy 500 winner, is scheduled to compete in all three rounds of the 2017 Eastern Canadian Karting Championship, the first round taking place on May 20th and 21st at Goodwood.
Like Daniel Demaras, Emmo Fittipaldi recently signed as a member of the Intrepid Driver Program. Young Fittipaldi will race an Intrepid Kart with full support from the Goodwood Kartways race team.
