This go-karting movie is “Karate Kid” on wheels. Sure, the movie seems very formulaic, with stock characters like the burned-out old ‘master’ who guides the hero. But once Season 2 of “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” has been binge-watched, this is the next best thing on Netflix.
