Lap 1 and Sergio Perez was backwards, last place, after tangling with with a Ferrari and a Red Bull at the start of the Sakhir Grand Prix. 87 laps later and the Mexican took his first F1 race win after 10 years of trying.
Perez held the unenviable record of most races before his first win at 190. But at least he finally won one. On the podium, Perez didn’t even look all that happy. He looked … relieved.
