In Early April 2021 the historic Circuit Mont Tremblant was put up for sale by its guardian, Canadian billionaire and owner of Aston Martin Formula 1 Team, Lawrence Stroll. Today Racer announced that the iconic race track is off the market and will not be sold. Mont Tremblant might not have a packed racing schedule with top-flight series every weekend, but it is the home of the 1968 & 1970 Canadian Grand Prix and should be preserved.
Considering how close the circuit is the lush hills and ski resorts, the entire facility could have ended up as an upper middle-class subdivision! Canadian racing fans have dodged a bullet.
