What an amazing place. This feels like the Indy 500 of karting. Not the US 500…the fricken’ Indy 500. Huge grandstand, a real race track and hundreds of competitors.

New Speed Motorsports rolled in early and got the paddock set up. Anthony, Cale and Glen prepared all the karts, and even gave advice on a track they’ve driven and won on many, many times before.

Daniel spent the three evening practice sessions learning the track, and dropping his lap times.

With two recently serviced engines to test back-to-back, plus multiple clutch setups, there’s plenty of work to do on Friday.
