The Halloween Hoon was an ‘extra’ race tacked on to the end of the 2021 LDRC series. The points champions for the regular season were already tallied up, so, not all the competitors made it out to the even. It was reported that only about 15 of the 30+ cars made it out to this past weekend’s race.

One car which Daniel Demaras was very interested to see on track was the No. 95 Vallis Motor Sport ‘Lapped Traffic’ Toyota Celica. The racecar is campaigned by Aaron Vallis, son of VMS big chief Bill Vallis. Unfortunately, The No. 95 VMS car did not compete this weekend, so Demaras will have to wait until 2022 to see the car compete.

So far, Daniel’s plans for 2022 are to take the step up to racecars, and compete in the F1200 Championship. But the fact that the Vallis Motor Sport team that Demaras will driving for also fields cars in GT racing is very, very intriguing.
