Remember back in 1965 when Charlie Brown complained about how commercialism was ruining Christmas? Imagine how good ol’ Chuck would feel if he knew car companies are bribing Santa to ditch his reindeer, and use one of their rides instead.

Lexus

Toyota Motor Corp is trying to temps Santa with this jet-powered sleigh. No doubt this one is quick, but even with the tailgate up, it doesn’t look like this one has the carrying capacity needed.

Ford

If Ford can transform their Mustang from a pony car into an electric SUV, surely the boys in Dearborn can work that blue oval magic on Santa’s sleigh.

Dodge

The American muscle car may not be pretty, but it has the reindeer power needed to haul the precious toys for tots at breakneck speed. Dodge is certainly challenging with this option.

Land Rover

Clearly, English companies march to a different drummer. Case in point, Land Rover. This one looks more like an Olympic bobsled with enclosed wheels. No consideration for cargo, and surprisingly the colour scheme does away with traditional red in favour of silver.

Bentley

The Bentley boys design adds the high-end style of a luxury cruiser, with room for one special reindeer. Limited room in the boot requires Santa’s sack to be towed behind the Bentley, a safety concern in some neighbourhoods.

Ferrari

The men of Maranello didn’t have to do much to the Enzo. A little luggage rack on the engine cover to stack up the boxes, and voila! Why mess with perfection?
