As a website dedicated to racing, we don’t often take pictures of our food, Instagram style. But on a recent family outing, we stumbled upon a desert called Formula Bun and we just couldn’t resist.
This is the ultimate in fast food.
Ever wondered what a $13 ice cream sandwich looks like? This is it. Premium banana ice cream filling on a toasted croissant, slathered with Nutella. The menu at Café Demetre says ‘brownie garnish’ but those are just broken chucks of brownie from a different desert. Still loved it.
This is definitely one luxury I couldn’t live without.
This is a fun title for a dessert but alas the ingredients would make me sad. Isn’t it special how restaurants put the price without decimal point or dollar sign, those bourgeoisie indicators that this is about filthy lucre.
