This weekend is Round 3 of the 2025 Enduro Elite racing series At Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. Event organizers have taken the decision to implement a new format including a free practice session to give teams a chance to ‘shake the rust off’ their cars on race day, before actual competition begins. It also opens up potential new strategy options for the endurance racing teams.

Saturday September 6th 2025

7:30 am – 8:00 am: Registration / Tech-Inspection
8:00 am – 8:15 am: Drivers Meeting
9:00 am – 9:50 am: Free Practice
9:55 am: Drivers… Start your engines!
10:00 am – 1:00 pm: Race 1 (3 hours)
1:00 pm – 1:55 pm: Lunch Break
1:55 pm: Drivers… Start your engines, again!
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Race 2 (3 hours)

At the start of the previous Enduro Elite round, several teams experienced mechanical ‘gremlins’ which caused them to fall several laps down; out of contention right out the gate. The hope is that a free practice session will allow teams to remain competitive, even if an early morning mechanical issue arises. Saturday’s two races will each be 3 hours of endurance racing, with a maximum drive time of 90 minutes per racer.

Sunday September 7th 2025

8:15 am – 8:30 am: Drivers Meeting
8:45 am: Drivers… Start your engines!
9:00 am – 5:00 pm: Race 3 (8 hours)

There will be no practice session on Sunday; just a single 8 hour endurance race, with a maximum drive time of 2 hours per racer.
