The weather was cold and wet at Goodwood on Saturday, but the wind was strong enough to dry the track between rain showers. Difficult conditions for the drivers, but driver #16 for the Demaras Auto Racing Team is finally starting to come to grips with Goodwood.
After qualifying 3rd, Chris Demaras lost a spot on turn 4, only to dive down the inside of the hairpin at turn 5 to regain the position. Pole sitter McClintock cruised to victory, but a fuel starved kart in 2nd place dropped out on the final corner, handing Demaras a 2nd place finish.
