With the Goodwood CRKC Finals coming up this weekend, old friends of the Demaras Auto Racing Team, Francesca Ferrari and Matte Ferrari are in the championship hunt.
Francesca earned four podiums and ended off the regular season with back to back 2nd place finishes in rounds 8 & 9, just one step from victory. With a strong showing in the Finals, Kika (as her family calls her) should steal 5th place in the championship from Tyler Yue, capping off a competitive season for the young racer.
Matte Ferrari made the jump to Teen Division this year, and impressed with one pole position, two wins and eight podium finishes. While the overall championship will be difficult to achieve, Ferrari is in a fierce battle for the Vice Championship only one point out of 2nd, and two points ahead of 4th in the overall standings.
