
Low grip and low temperatures meant that the CRKC field was in for a slippery day on track. Daniel quickly took hold of the kart during practice, and looked quick, and put the kart on pole. Waiting on grid, rain started spitting down on the track. Daniel nearly spun on the formation lap, but gathered it up, and took a dominant victory from green to checkers.
Chris started off well, starting from 2nd position, but could not adapt to the wet track, and lost two positions. He was visibly upset with himself after the race. “They didn’t beat me. I beat myself.” Demaras was heard muttering to himself.
