Think YOU Had a Bad Weekend?

At this weekend’s 2022 Monaco Historic event, current Ferrari F1 driver Charles Leclerc crashed former Ferrari F1 driver Niki Lauda’s 1972 Ferrari 312B3 while on a parade lap. The current F1 points leader commented that the car’s tires were the same ones they had on in the museum (for years), and were hard as wood.

Leclerc is a great driver, but at the 2022 Monaco Historic, he became merely a passenger when total failure of the front left brakes occurred, shattering the brake disc after coming loose from the caliper. Without brakes on the left front corner of the car, the right side brakes instantly snapped the car to the right.

    1. Poor Charles! This guy has no luck at Monaco. Remember last year? Pole position, then crashes the car. Team fixed the car overnight just to have it fail on the way to the grid. I hope this year is better for him.
