Kimi Raikkonen retired on December 21 2021, and has now announced that he will un-retire on August 21 2022. That’s how long he could stay home. Eights months. Rather than returning to Formula 1, Raikkonen will race in NASCAR, where he will compete for the Trackhouse Racing team (co-owned by ‘Mr. Worldwide’ himself, Pitbull).

Kimi will race at the Watkins Glen road course in the Cup Series car, having previously piloted the No. 87 Perky Jerky race car in the Nationwide Series, and the No. 15 Perky Jerky race truck (owned by Kyle Busch) back in 2011.
