A new racing attraction is coming to Toronto. No, it’s not a Formula 1 race. The Canadian Grand Prix is still being held in Montreal but a unique show will allow Torontonians a chance to experience a bit of Formula 1 away from the track. The Formula 1 Experience will allow gearheads to dive deep into the world’s most popular open-wheel racing series.
Racing fans will have the opportunity to see iconic Formula 1 race cars from the most legendary teams, interesting objects normally hidden away from public view and even see never-seen-before video footage of Formula 1 races. For a few dollars more, speed demons will be able to ‘test drive’ a virtual Formula 1 car on a state-of-the-art racing simulator.
Toronto marks the Formula 1 Experience’s first North American visit after popular stops in Spain and Austria. The show is being held at the 20,000 sq ft ‘Lighthouse ArtSpace’ starting on May 3 2024 and tickets are less than $50.
