After a successful test day in the No 822 DriveTeq BMW 128i at Canadian tire Motorsport Park, Demaras Racing is pleased to announce that our star driver Daniel Demaras has joined the DriveTeq team for the upcoming Enduro Elite race on July 5th and 6th 2025.

After three years in open-wheel racing, Daniel has switched to GT racing in 2025 with the revered German brand BMW. The three cars in the DriveTeq roster are all rolling works of art, with the No. 822 painted like Andy Warhol’s BMW Art Car #4 combined with his famous Marilyn Monroe screenprints from 1967.

Daniel Demaras will be teamed up with sports car racers Adam Ali and his brother Daniel Ali; the trio were previously teammates at the PRO Professional Racing Ontario kart-racing team nearly a decade ago.
The Enduro Elite event will feature an 8-hour endurance race on Saturday, plus another 8-hour race on Sunday.

The races will take place at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and spectators are welcome, with general admission ticket prices at $20
Best to your racer and car as well as the team! Go get them!
Thanks, Eunice! This endurance racing this will be a completely new discipline. Our young driver is VERY excited about the opportunity.
Great can’t wait to hear.
Wow!!! I am a bit late reading this post at the end of the day, July 06. I can hardly wait to hear from you guys.
It’s all good Rubens. We won’t even get a finish writing about the racing experience until the weekend. But needless to say, endurance racing is amazing.
Heading home on Sunday, despite not being on the podium, it occurred to us that just finishing two 8-hour races was an accomplishment. And we were OK with that.
Absolutely, it is the same feeling drivers and crew members have when receiving the checkered flag at Le Mans, Daytona or Sebring. Finishing it is a victory.
I just tried telling my dad that (simply finishing is a victory) but he looked at me like I was crazy. I will invite him to the next race in Ohio.
Great looking paint job. A ballpark figure for it?
The car or the paint?
