The meet up was at midnight. No park-and-chill at the Tim Horton’s. This night was going to be a highway run across the city. To protect license plates from stones and rock chips, some motorists utilized ‘grey-market’ plate flippers. Don’t let anyone tell you gearheads aren’t technologically sophisticated.

What followed was a drive to downtown Toronto while obeying all speed limits and rules of the road. But at 60 FPS the fish-eye lens does make it appear that cars are going quite quickly. That’s just AI trickery.

    1. I appreciate you noticing the lovely tones of the exhaust system. When I record from the GoPro camera, I either get audio of me singing along to the radio (camera inside windshield) or ferocious wind noise( camera outside windshield).
      .
So what I do is record the audio from the exhaust by playing a microphone near the tail pipe. The I synchronize the audio and the video. It’s a lot of effort, but totally worth it.

      Really glad you enjoyed it.
