When speed cameras in Ontario were decommissioned, some critics claimed there would be an increase in speeding. Seems the driver of this Mini Cooper wanted to singlehandedly prove them right. The Ontario Provincial Police pulled over a driver in Clarington, east of Toronto, going 162 km/h. The 48-year-old driver from Clarington was charged with stunt driving, failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to stop for a red light.

A drunk driver, to be driving so crazy? Not quite; police breathalyzed the driver, who only blew 0.034% blood alcohol concentration, below the legal limit of 0.080%. The vehicle has been impounded for 14 days and license suspended for 30 days due to the stunt driving charges. This driver is living the Mini Cooper slogan “Another Day, Another Adventure!”
