The 2016 has not been easy for Daniel Demaras. Fierce competition from challengers in this years CRKC Championship have made reaching the top step of the podium difficult. However, driver #12 has shown commitment and determination.
Through the 3 practice session, Daniel tested a number of karts to find one that would best suit his driving style.
As Daniel settled into Kart 9, he set an impressive qualifying time, starting in 2nd place.
While incredibly quick in the corners, setting consistent lap times, Daniel was passed by eventual 2nd place finisher Eric Pendzinski, but significantly, Demaras was able to stay well ahead of title rival Joshua Macdonald, who finished in 4th place.
A solid 3rd place finish against featherweight competitors was the maximum achievable on this day.
