At Demaras Racing, we rally against injustices like Automatic Speed Cameras but even speed demons like us find it hard to defend 22 year old Simranjit Singh who uploaded video of himself in his little red Corvette racing a motorcycle at Steeles and Airport Rd in Brampton, reaching 226 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
Singh had his car impounded, got charged with stunt driving and street racing under the MOMS Act and will face big fines for his transgression.
Come on, Simranjit. Take it to the track! That same display of speed at Cayuga’s drag strip would get you a trophy instead of a ticket!
