There’s a YT channel out of the UK called Wheelie Yellow that we stumbled across over Christmas. It’s just a guy with a remote control car, some video cameras, a yellow puppet, and way too much time on his hands. He creates these totally creative videos of his little character driving around the streets of his hometown in a mail truck, getting into adventures and occasionally crashing out.

Last week, Wheelie Yellow put out a new video of the little guy in a scale model Formula 1 remote control car (must be a Mercedes, based on the silver paint) made out of cardboard and duct tape..

Things do not go well, and the wings get caught on obstacles, and chaos ensues. A totally worthwhile 4 minutes of your life to watch this, as the production quality is highly impressive.

  1. Holy cow. I subscribed to that gem. Going to share with my postie daughter and boyfriend-in-law. Also remember what Gene Hackman said on SNL, “If it’s not Scottish, it’s crap.” Well done, Yellow, and thanks for sharing, Canadian (with a side of Scottish) Chris.

    1. Our family stumbled across Yellow at Christmas time and must have watched half his videos. But once he built a Formula Cardboard car, knew we had to share!
