We saw one of these at the tire shop a couple years ago. But it’s another easy car-art project that only takes some old, discarded tires, a can of paint, and a little creativity.
The best part is the snowman can grow with you over the years. Kid’s bike tires for the hat brim, over-sized monster truck tires for the base.
